    Contract Accountant

    ROLE REQUIREMENT

    • Business Partner to MSOC contract manager
    • Set-up and management of MSOC contract master data on the Nexio ERP
    • Design and alignment with business on the Contract dimensions and reporting segments
    • Creation and Management of MSOC sub-Profit & Cost Centre structure
    • Management of the Vodacom PO structure, Vodacom sign-off process and Nexio billing process for the MSOC contract
    • Management of process with HR and Payroll on dedicated MSOC staff allocation master data
    • Supporting Fin Ops with billing and collection queries on the MSOC contract
    • Development and management of MSOC Contract profitability management process
    • Management of direct payroll and sub-contractor allocation to MSOC contract.
    • Oversee the accuracy and completeness of timesheets processes and related management of overtime, standby and shift allowances.
    • Management and resolution of services revenue assurance challenges on the MSOC Contract
    • Ensure all tools and licenses utilized for the delivery of MSOC services are correctly accounted for and allocated across all revenue streams.
    • Preparation of monthly forecasting and annual budgeting on the MSOC contract end to end.
    • Preparation of monthly reporting and analysis
    • Monitor and enforce data capturing accuracy for revenue and cost streams, related dimensions for MSOC Contract.
    • Processing journal entries, with supporting documentation when necessary.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum B. Com Accounting Degree or related
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior Accountant role
    • Experience in ICT industry will be an added advantage
