Contracts Manager / Senior Site Agent – Western Cape
A reputable company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager / Senior Site Agent to join its Western Cape team.
This is a senior-level opportunity for an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience working for a large, established construction contractor and a proven track record across commercial, industrial, and multi-storey construction projects.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
SACPCMP registration required.
Minimum 15 years' total construction experience.
At least 10 years' experience with a recognised large construction contractor in the Western Cape.
Previous experience specifically as a Senior Site Agent and/or Contracts Manager.
Strong commercial and industrial construction experience.
Extensive multi-storey construction experience.
Strong understanding of NEC and JBCC contracts and contract administration.
Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects, teams, subcontractors, and commercial requirements.
Key Competencies
Strong contract and commercial management skills.
Excellent leadership and people management ability.
Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent understanding of construction programmes, budgets, quality, and HSE.
Strong knowledge of NEC and JBCC contractual processes.
