Legal practice is looking to appoint a Conveyancing Secretary (Real Estate and property) to provide Secretarial support and administrative duties for Director/s and Associate/s.
Manages the administration infrastructure within the practice and ensures efficient, and effective processes and systems are in place
Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12 certificate
A recognised secretarial certificate/diploma
A minimum of 6 years suitable experience
Responsible for running files from inception to closure
Deals with sectional and conventional transfers, including rates, SARS and all other elements
Deals with bond cancellation instructions, prepares consents to cancel and checks guarantees
Responsible for opening and closing files on CMS/Management System
Able to attend to all financial aspects of transfers and bond cancellations (including verifying guarantees, drafting guarantee requests, billing and attending to pro forma and final statements of account)
Experienced on MS Office, and GhostConvey
Good command of the English language both verbal and written
