Duties and Responsibilities    
Cold Space Execution:

• Maintain asset register for all fridges.
• Track installations, movements and removals of fridges.
• Conduct audits on all assets and maintain audit trails and compliance records.
• Track maintenance and manage costs.
• Assist in the optimisation of communication platforms and mediums.
• Coordinate cold space in-store initiatives per region.

Admin and Reporting:

• Process and validate fuel claims and track usgae and flag exceptions.
• Track all project rollout plans, training and timelines and report progress.
• Maintain dashboards and produce weekly/monthly reports .
• Track and report on sales incidents, non-performance, car accidents and any special investigations.

Support the implementation and evaluation of all sales execution operational activities:

• Observing current processes, supporting and implementations of initiatives to support and provide recommendations on better execution.
• Assist with POS material decisions.
• Coordinate all sales events and sales participation in marketing events.
• Communicate and coordinate campaign plans between Msakhane Sales/Trade Marketing and Marketing.
• Measure and communicate adhoc spend.
