    Coordinator Procurement - Johannesburg

    Job Advert Summary    

    • Accountability for the supplier on-boarding process and related supplier master data changes; inclusive of the required due diligence required before final approval.
    • Collating group spend reporting
    • Analysis of spend.
    • Management of group travel account, forex. 
    • Ad hoc procurement administration requirements.
    • Back-up for procurement specialist

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Minimum 3 years SAP experience with respect to master data management. Procurement experience.
    • UNISA Program in Purchasing and Supply Management or Equivalent (NQF Level 5/6)

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Accountability for the supplier on-boarding process and related supplier master data changes; inclusive of the required due diligence required before final approval.
    • Collation of group spend reporting
    • Analysis of spend.
    • Management of group travel account, forex. 
    • Ad hoc procurement administration requirements.
    • Back-up for procurement specialist
    • Custodian of PPC’s Procurement portal to facilitate supplier pre-screening, on-boarding and master data maintenance 
    • Master data maintenance
    • Administrative support to Procurement
    • Spend improvement opportunities identified.
