    Country Head of Sales, South Africa

    About The Role

    We are growing our Global operation, and we are now looking for a Country Head of Sales - a dynamic investment business leader with established market knowledge and client base who can accelerate our business and manage our remote located sales team (new client acquisition and partnerships/alliances).

    Reporting line: Head of Regional Sales

    Responsibilities

    • Select, train and manage a team of Senior Sales Account Managers
    • Assist, report and collaborate with the Head of Regional Sales, Middle East in all aspects requested;
    • Acquire a client portfolio thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
    • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;
    • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams;
    • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships;
    • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts.
    • Find and engage with new clients to achieve the new business revenue growth targets and build and manage sustainable client portfolio;

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years in a commercial/client facing roles in Financial
    • Services/Banking industry
    • Knowledge and understanding of the securities market
    • A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline in the First 90 days
    • Strong track record as highly performing sales individual and managing a senior sales team in our specific industry
    • Generally motivated for Sales (Hunting and New Business development) and highly energetic with a good sense of time management
    • Strong command of English. Additional languages will be an asset
