    Credit Negotiations Coordinator

    Key responsibilities:
     Providing the best financial position for our clients by:

    •   Successfully negotiating with credit providers on all Debt Counselling eligible accounts.
    •   Providing solutions and advice to clients’ financial problems, specifically with regards to assets and accounts not eligible for Debt Counselling.
    •  Efficiently managing the life cycle of the client from when you accept the client in your pipeline through to assigning the client to legal.
    •  Providing the client with financial protection on their debt with the help of Credit Insurance.
    •   Providing the client with financial security on their income and household expenses with the help of Life Cover Insurance.
    •     Ensuring time from Accepted to Assigned to legal is within standard company and industry SLA's

    Act as an intermediary between credit providers and clients

    • Delivering high client satisfaction to all stakeholders by:
    • Ensuring the client experience is of highest quality whilst the client is with you.
    • Supporting both client and credit provider throughout the negotiations process.
    • Establishing, building and maintaining effective relationships with credit providers and internal stakeholders.
    • Ensuring work done is done with precision and high quality.
    • Effectively manage workload.

    Requirements

    • Must have completed a Degree/National diploma in either Finance / BAdmin / Science / Law

    • Exposure to insurance industry – advantageous
    • Exposure to sales industry - advantageous
