This individual will join the Business Intelligence Team and will be accountable for mostly (but not limited to only) data analytics and reporting.

Requirements:

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:  

• A university degree; preferably in Statistics, Computer science or Informatics
• Advanced knowledge of MS office suite, MS SQL and/or PostgreSQL

DebtBusters team is currently seeking to fill Negotiations Consultant role(s).  Negotiations is a critical step in the debt review process, where we negotiate with credit providers to improve the financial position of our clients. The Negotiations consultant role requires highly energetic individual(s) who will interact frequently with both credit providers and clients. The successful candidate will join a vibrant team environment and must be highly motivated, customer focused and analytical. The candidate is expected to know all the in-house software programs; be efficient in administration and query resolution. To assist a team of specialists that work very closely within IDM Protect. IDM Protect is part of the IDM group that assists clients with their Insurance and Financial Services (including Rewards). This individual will support IDM Protect to improve processes, systems and products so that IDM Protect can ensure that clients are with them “forever”.

The successful candidate will be part of the Insurance Specialist Team.

The candidate must be highly efficient, energetic, motivated and ambitious as well as being prepared to make a commitment to the business in the medium to long term. The candidate will be trained in tactical management, performing and preparing presentations, writing reports, strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical thinking.

IDM Protect Support Team

The position will involve:

• Work with Support teams when issues need to be escalated and oversee until resolved.
• Work with IDM Protect and its Partners to streamline leads to client funnels and processes.
