Minimum Qualification/Experience:

• School Grade: Matric / Grade 12
• Qualification: Diploma or equal qualification in Financial Accounting (or similar
• Driver’s License: Yes Valid driver’s license
• At least two years’ experience in a similar position
• Have knowledge and experience with ERP software (Preferably Accpac
• Have knowledge and experience with the latest B BBEE codes
• Must have the ability to work under extreme pressure to meet deadlines, etc
• Must be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to prioritize and have good time management skills
• Must have ability to adapt to regular changes
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• High level of accuracy and timeous communication
• Good communicator and work ethic
• Problem solving ability
• Assertive

Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):

• Arranging payments for creditors by capturing invoices, preparing reconciliations
• Ensuring credit applications are done and approved
• Ensuring payment of utility accounts
• Month end and year end reporting
• Preparing and assisting with audits
• AD HOC assignments
