Responsibilities include (but not limited to the following):

• Ensure effective maintenance is performed on all plant/ infrastructure / equipment as required to limit potential failure and optimize production processes.
• Coordinate first line maintenance to restrict or prevent plant / equipment downtime.
• Provide management with the required statistical reports on performance.
• Create and approve job cards for all maintenance work required.
• Ensure that equipment and work areas are safe and maintained by operators.
• Ensure that housekeeping principles are always adhered to.

Minimum Qualification/Experience:

• Safely and effectively operate the mobile crushing machine by crushing blasted rock and other materials.

• Continually check the running of the machine to ensure it is running properly. This includes v-belts, conveyors, screens, blockages and bearings.
• Change the screen as required.
• Keep the machine clean.
