Creditors Supervisor at HR Studio (Pty) Ltd

We’re looking for…

A candidate to supervise the creditors in our company. This is a contract based role (3-6 months). This candidate will report to the Head of Property and Finance

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing and/or reviewing of creditors reconciliations between statement and accounting system for creditors across a number of companies
• Resolving of differences between statement and accounting system through
• Engaging with supplier
• Inspecting of accounting records for misallocations
• Determining of correcting entries to be processed
• Considering accurate allocation of invoices to expense or asset accounts
• Considering accurate capturing of VAT
• Recommending improvements to current processes to management
• Working with team of 4 administrators to improve reconciliations and processing going forward
• Potential ad hoc involvement in other finance related tasks

• Matric
• Degree is preferable
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in creditors or detailing with reconciliations
• Working Excel knowledge
• Experience in property preferable
• MDA Property Manager accounting software preferable
