• ACDC Dynamics a leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry is looking for an experienced and Dynamic Credits Administration Clerk.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

• The purpose of the Returns Administrator Clerk is to process all credits for the branch and assist with all the administrative work in a timely manner.

KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS:

• Processes all repairs and returns in a timely manner
• Produce credits and assist with all administrative requirements for Head Office
• Assist with all reporting needed for the branch
• Schedules, submits, and initiates customer returns in accordance with standard procedures
• Records related data and customer policies during future reporting process

Requirements
Education & Experience

• Matric + some tertiary preferred
• High competency level in MS Office applications
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data
