    CRM & Content Manager

    What we are looking for

    A creative, data-driven, methodical individual, who takes a data-led approach to content and email marketing strategy and creation. Someone keen to grow within the role and develop the department within eComplete. The ideal candidate has superb attention to detail and an eagle eye for typos, grammar and styling. They keep themselves up-to-date with market trends and are a skilled communicator, comfortable speaking professionally with colleagues and clients alike. This person will not only use data to drive ideology, but will also understand the database and how and when to interact with them via email automation series or newsletter. They’re focused on finding ways to grow the database to increase customer connection and hyper-targeted messaging.

    Your role in eComplete

    General

    • Mentoring junior team member to grow skillset and expand on department
    • Creating and running weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and providing insights on way forward
    • Keeping up to date on market trends and ensuring our clients remain relevant
    • Owning client relationships on all relevant topics
    • Building and developing relationships with clients, colleagues, partners and with other departments
    • Driving innovation within your department
    • Championing process documentation across your department and developing the Marketing Process Handbook
    • Leading strategic thinking in your team

    Email

    • Conceptualising and compiling all creative briefs for email newsletters and automations
    • Writing email content
    • Producing best-practice wireframes for newsletters for design to work from
    • Sourcing assets and references for email marketing campaigns
    • Briefing and QCing of designed assets for the email journey, including landing pages, pop ups and embedded forms
    • QCing and testing customer journeys on site, maximising the number of new valid subscribers and ensuring all integrations function as expected
    • Working closely with the AM team to understand and convey briefs to the design team
    • Building, scheduling and testing of campaigns
    • Investigating best practices in terms of POPI and customer data security
    • Maintaining and driving communication with our chosen CRM platform’s support team for quick assistance
    • Troubleshooting daily errors or dips in performance, ensuring deliverability and engagement remains strong

    Content

    • Assist email department with newsletter content
    • Work with SEO to identify and write optimised on-page content across clients
    • Compiling and managing content calendars
    • Research and write eComplete blogs, website and partner content
    • Work closely with UX team to set up content for wireframes on new sites
    • Assisting social and paid teams with short content across platforms
    • Loading blog content onto CMS platforms where needed
    • Assist with ad hoc proofreading and editing across internal documentation
    • Owning the content channel and proposing enhancements across platforms

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Keen attention to detail & editing skills
    • Data-driven
    • Strategically minded
    • 2-4 years experience in content and CRM marketing
