CRM Data Analyst

To take responsibility for the marketing customer database in terms of analysis, upkeep and management. To optimise the reach and the effectiveness of the CRM system and marketing communications. This individual will thrive on data and providing key business insights based on analyzing multiple data sources.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Matric 
• Degree in either Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics (or similar)

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years experience in data driven projects / analytics / business intelligence

Key Requirements: 

• SQL
• ETL

Strong handle of:

• Microsoft Excel
• CRM Tools 
• Project Management Skills 
• Must be able to set tasks with deadlines and work towards delivering within timeframes
• Strong cross-functional skills (matrix structure)
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Retail / commercial experience favourable

• Master SQL database maintenance

• Weekly ROI reports on CRM performance
• Salesforce field mapping
• SQL database field mapping
• Data cleaning, maintenance, stakeholder engagement
