This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their skills in customer marketing at an established and growing global business. As the Customer Advocacy Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing customer-focused events, developing case studies, and managing programs that highlight customer success. This new role involves creating engaging content that showcases customer stories, managing customer advocacy programs, and fostering a community of enthusiastic brand advocates. You will work closely with client success and delivery teams, product, and sales teams, as well as the wider marketing department and external agencies.
We are looking for someone who is focused on relationship building and passionate about client success and stories, with great project management skills.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers to encourage active participation in advocacy activities;
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team and external agency to create compelling customer-focused content such as case studies and videos;
Event Coordination: Organize and host customer events, webinars, and other initiatives to engage and recognize our customers;
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including client success, sales, product and service line to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of advocacy initiatives;
Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of customer advocacy programs and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and within wider business;
Excellent writing and content creation skills;
Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365);
Strong organizational and project management skills;
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for storytelling;
Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas;
Analytical skills to assess program performance and derive insights.
