    Customer Care Champions - Salt River

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric/NQF Level 4
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • 6 months CC experience (Chat) - 6 Months CC or retail experience (Voice)
    • Proficiency at CEFR Level B2 - Chat Agents
    • Attention to detail
    • Resilience / Tenacity
    • Customer service orientated
    • Problem Solver

    DUTIES:

    • Handle inbound calls, chats and/or emails from customers who seek assistance or information on merchandise, prior orders or for any other reason related to client’s e-commerce business.
    • Support outbound sales event invitations via email or telephone.
    • Any additional services provided as requested from the client from time to time.
