    Customer Relations Liaison

    Job Description

    JOB PURPOSE

    A customer liaison strives to provide excellent customer service experiences for current & future clients of a business through face-to-face interactions. As a customer liaison, you support the sales team and, in their duties, such building and maintaining relationships with customers, uncovering opportunities and providing accurate responses to customer queries as well as following up with existing and potential clients to help generate revenue. Training change management and ensuring the overall customer experience during from cradle to grave is imperative to this role.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

    • Ensure the customers experience is of the highest standard from cradle to Grave
    • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
    • Manage Customer queries, complaints or actions in a professional and speedy manor
    • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
    • New Business Development
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives, this includes assisting with change management, training and project implementations.
    • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Identify potential sales opportunities for Account Managers this includes identifying competitor services or equipment.
    • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
    • Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
    • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
    • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
    • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
    • Uncover opportunities and gather relevant and applicable information about the customers Needs, Pains and Gains.

    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

    Educational Qualifications:

    • Matric

    Years of Experience

    • 1 Years’ Sales or Customer liaison

    Other requirements

    • Good knowledge of the Office Automation industry
    • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite

    Education

    • National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12: Grade 12 (Required)
