    Customer Service Agent

    YOUR ROLE

    • To proactively communicate with full Supply Chain and finally with our customers to secure dynamic services and communication.
    • Resolve all and any issues, or hurdles that remain in the why of us executing a customer experience that is best practice.
    • Acting as the single point of contact for Henkel South Africa Adhesives Customers.
    • Ensures all day-to-day customer related activities are dealt with in a courteous, accurate, timely manner, adhering to business standards.
    • Enforces successful execution of daily operations cycle (improved end Customer Service Level performance and faster response to incidences)
    • Maintains and increases customer loyalty, by building relationships.
