    Customer Service QA

    Job Description: QA

    Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service? Do you have experience in Quality Assurance? Our award-winning Ultrasound and Cardiology Diagnostic Service is seeking a Customer Service QA consultant to join our team.

    As a part of our partnership with the NHS, we provide patient appointments nationwide in a community-based setting. As a Customer Service QA consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer service team is providing the highest level of service to our patients.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Monitoring customer service interactions to identify areas for improvement
    • Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures
    • Training customer service team members on best practices
    • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
    • The successful candidate will have:
    • Previous experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a customer service setting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Remuneration:
    • We offer a competitive salary of R7500 per month, plus a shift allowance of R500.

    • Transport home for shifts ending from 6 pm SAST

    Working hours during Daylight Savings are rotated between 9 am - 9 pm and 10 am - 10 pm. We also offer paid UK public holidays.

    Requirements

    Min Requirements:

    • Min 2 years of proven experience as a QA within a contact center environment
    • Strong understanding of Excellent Customer Service
    • Matric
    • Attention to detail
    • Clear criminal record
