    Customer Service Registration Consultant - Customer Success

    Job Description    

    A product Registration Consultant’s primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service, capture and maintain accurate customer product registration information on NetAdmin database, to provide accurate & complete registration information/ licenses or Product Activation keys to our customers in a highly pressurised environment. The Product Registration
    Services department which falls within Customer Services will provide registration codes telephonically, via webforms & via email correspondence for Sage 300cloud suite, Sage CRM suite and Sage 200 Evolution suite/packages.

    Key Responsibilities    

    • Strong customer service ethic and high attention to detail
    • Strong trouble-shooting and excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)
    • Patience with dealing with client queries and the ability to handle repetitive tasks
    • The ability to work within a team as a team player
    • Always be up to date with product changes and developments
    • Cooperation and willingness
    • Deadline driven and Ability to work under lot of pressure
    • Conscientious, able to work with minimal supervision
    • Ability to think outside the box.
    • Teachable and hungry for knowledge
    • Knowledge and experience of the following will be an advantages
    • Knowledge or understanding of Sage 300cloud, Sage CRM and Sage 200 Evolution Packages
    • Experience of these product Registrations or knowledge of other Sage product registrations
    • Computer software navigation skills
    • Knowledge of MS Office products i.e. Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Experience in NetAdmin

    Qualification Requirements

    • A degree or diploma in IT/ Software Development/ Accounting would be an added advantage.
