    Customer Service Representative

    • Deal with customers at all levels regarding complaints, queries, info about products and service, process orders, returns parcels and discrepancies.
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Ensure timeous, and efficient customer feedback or response on all customer /branch queries.
    • Obtain and check the quality of the supporting documentation.
    • Follow up on all outstanding documents and billing related information from operations departments, service providers and branches.
    • Assist in managing and resolving the queries related to returns.
    • Follow-up on verbal proof of delivery confirmation with CL branches and service providers.
    • Process paper flow and record keeping related to all queries.
    • Investigate discrepancy on proof of delivery.
    • Liaise with all relevant departments regarding customer queries, discrepancies, returns etc.
    • Assist customers with queries/claims in regard to outstanding deliveries and discrepancies.
    • Provide general support and back up to the logistics team to ensure client requirement are met.
    • Grade 12 Senior Certificate or equivalent.
    • Knowledge of the domestic freight industry.
