About the job
As a Customer Service Representative, you will take on the role of consumer champion as you work closely with clients to ensure ultimate satisfaction by answering any questions or concerns that they may have. You will be involved in developing and maintaining client relationships with the main aim being client retention and loyalty.
The ideal Customer Service Representative is a task-driven professional with exceptional customer service skills. This individual enjoys challenging and fast-paced environments. The individual will be detailed-oriented, dependable, a problem solver, and a good communicator.
This is a full-time remote position (work from home) that requires the candidate to work local Los Angeles hours between 9 am - 5 pm (GMT -7).
