    Customer Service Representative

    Summary:

    Responsibilities

    • Processing and working on service tickets in multiple ticket pipelines.
    • Assisting customers daily with queries.
    • Processing customer tickets
    • Creating and maintaining processes documents
    • Supporting and working with our product team, Sales team and Growth team
    • Work closely with the product team to escalate customers queries.
    • Help other departments with any technical queries
    • Work on curation special projects
    • Testing and reporting on test results to the product team.
    • Troubleshoot customer queries on the different operating system (IOS, MacOS, Windows, Android)

     

     Qualifications

    • Diploma or equivalent work experience.
    • 2+ years prior experience in Customer Service and/or client-facing role.
    • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM (preferred)
