Hyundai East Rand is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in our dealership by providing exceptional customer service and managing the service needs of our clients' vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and listen to their service needs
Schedule appointments and communicate service expectations with customers
Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work
Provide accurate estimates and quotes for service work
Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle during the service process
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Upsell additional services to customers as needed
Maintain accurate records of all service transactions
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
Knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and their service requirements preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
