Customer Service Representative

- Location Western Cape
- City Cape Town
- Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service
To be the contact between SportPesa South Africa and its clients by providing world-class service and support for queries lodged on all communication platforms identified by SportPesa South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to incoming calls relating to any one of SportPesa’s products and or it’s processes. These being: Registration, Deposit, Withdrawal, How to Play, etc
- Perform outgoing calls relating to any one of SportPesa’s products and or it’s processes. These being: Registration, Deposit, Withdrawal, How to Play, etc
- Strictly adhere to and implement SportPesa’s FICA Policy
- Be familiar with Facebook and Twitter
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma
- Very good understanding of sports
- 1 to 3 years customer service experience
- Sport betting industry experience will be an advantage
