    Customer Service Representative

    To be the contact between SportPesa South Africa and its clients by providing world-class service and support for queries lodged on all communication platforms identified by SportPesa South Africa.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Attend to incoming calls relating to any one of SportPesa’s products and or it’s processes. These being: Registration, Deposit, Withdrawal, How to Play, etc
    • Perform outgoing calls relating to any one of SportPesa’s products and or it’s processes. These being: Registration, Deposit, Withdrawal, How to Play, etc
    • Strictly adhere to and implement SportPesa’s FICA Policy
    • Be familiar with Facebook and Twitter

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma
    • Very good understanding of sports
    • 1 to 3 years customer service experience
    • Sport betting industry experience will be an advantage
