Ensure seamless execution of operations and timely completion of activities within SLA, including customer requests, and general inquiries from the sales team.
Receive customer disputes, identify required information & facilitate the finalization thereof.
Key Accountabilities
Assist with any customer requests by processing or filtering them to relevant departments.
Intermediate between the sales force & supporting global functions.
Investigate & log disputes raised, retrieving the necessary information & filtering it through to the relevant departments.
Escalate complex disputes with relevant specialists, ensuring finalization & providing feedback to customers.
Experience
Matric-certificate and a minimum of 3 years in a customer service environment.
Diploma or NQF level 5 in business management or administration would be advantageous.
Proficiency in MS office packages & SAP is essential
