    Customer Sevice Coordinator (f/m/x) - 6 Months Temporary Role

    WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

    • Ensure that customer orders are handled starting from the order confirmation until the loading of products as per the agreed delivery time and that trucks are organized to ensure shipment
    • Recieve customer orders, entert hem into ALPLAPROD and where necessary, send order confirmations back to the customer
    • Prepare invoices and get customer credibility checks by finance so that orders can be dispatched
    • Ensure that transport/freight companies are informed on time fort rucks tob e on site.
    • Prepare all the relevant documentation, especially for export orders.
    • Prepare all the relevant pick documents for a delivery to ensure that the personnel from finished goods warehouse can physically prepare the products for loading and dispatch
    • Work closely together internally with the Planner on one side and with the personnel from the finished goods warehouse area on the other side.

    WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

    • Grade 12 (tertiary qualification advantageous)
    • Experience with customer service in a B2B enviroment (not retail)
    • Excellent skills on ERP software (ALPLAPROD preferred)
    • Good with numbers, experience in data analysis and efficient in using computer systems
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Local language
    • Strong customer focus and good communication skills towards customers and in difficult circumstances (late deliveries, addressing re-planning necessities, etc.)
