As a member in our Customer Success Graduate in Customer Operations, you will be part of a fast-paced, customer centric environment providing efficient skills in core fundamental areas of customer care and experience, channel/partner management as well as customer data management through the form of case handling and management. While most of the responsibilities will be completed via phone and email, there will opportunities to attend meetings, events and other external activities from time to time. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to customers and partners based on queries raised with the Customer Success team. You will be a point of contact for inbound queries and assist with the management of our CRM systems and internal SharePoint systems. Other roles will include data assessment and validation as well as report keeping and collaboration. Ultimately, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, learn new skills, and grow within the organization.
