    Customer Supply Chain Manager

    In this role you will…

    • Drives supply chain efficiencies.   long-term strategic opportunity development and deployment. Key areas of focus and development include: service, cost, reliability, communication, resiliency and customer-trust.
    • This role partners with customers, internal customer Supply Chain & commercial departments to provide customer-solutions that achieve operational excellence while meeting customer service metrics and expectations and to advocate for additional resources, technical and process improvements, and provide forecasting insights.
    • Identifies value add projects and effectively manages large scale initiative deployment, timelines, and change management with a proven track record of impact delivery.
    • This role will serve as the key supply chain voice with customers, providing updates on supply disruptions, critical business updates, and key integration milestones.
    • This role will maintain strong working relationships with customer supply chain contacts within the customer to enable a collaborative approach to working to develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the customer’s systems, process key performance index and ways of working.
    • Drive supply chain execution and efficiencies by using Customer Scorecards to deliver best in class results. 
    • Drive Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR ) by providing customer insight and influence to deliver improved promotional, forecasting and replenishment accuracy and Build collaborative plans to service Key/Major Promotions, NPI, Launches & range/barcode changes, to manage  customer supply.
    • Implement agreed to strategies that ensure consistent execution of supply chain, logistics, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory strategies across the total customer supply chain.
    • Effectively partner with the sales organization to identify and implement customer / channel specific technical and process improvements that will add value or optimize efficiencies. (OTIF, Delivery, Invoice accuracy, OTIF, Order frequency, lead-time, vehicle utilisation, delivery times, forecast accuracy, operational cost savings projects, service model changes or continuous improvement projects).
    • Works within Haleon’s code of conduct, ensures all written standards and policies are followed, management monitoring plan executed, and CAPA development and execution completed.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Business / Commerce degree
    • Experience in Supply Chain, Commerce, and/or Finance
    • 6+ years’ experience focused on customer supply chain operations across multiple customer channels
    • Customer facing experience
    • Demonstrated ability to build and leverage key customer relationships as well as internal supply chain connections to facilitate win-win scenarios

    Preferred Qualifications & Experience:              

    • Post graduate degree
    • Experience in Supply Chain, Commerce, and/or Finance

    Additional Skills:   

    • In-depth experience in Supply Chain operations in an FMCG environment
    • Ability to work off own initiative and comfortable with delegated responsibility
    • Ability to manage multiple business priorities simultaneously
    • Strategic, Tactical and Operational knowledge of Supply Chain (including forecasting) and an understanding/working knowledge of Customer Solutions and sales functions
    • Sales, Marketing or Commercial Analytics experience beneficial
    • Above average interpersonal skills: networking, influencing and communication skills demonstrated at all levels
    • Strong analytical skill and ability to manage multiple data sources and present in a format that drives effective decision making
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build trust across the business
    • Ability to handle information, analyse and make decisions
    • Problem solving abilities suitable for handling the complex issues
    • Agile in adapting to changing needs
    • Proven history of delivering on commitments
