Description and Requirements

• Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Additional Job Description 

• A Customer Support Specialist takes inbound call with customers. Their duties include responding to questions and concerns about products or services their company offers.
• They  must be comfortable and experienced in answering inquiries by phone, e-mail, web chat, or social media. You will also handle concerns, complaints, or other issues. Your job is to help ensure customer satisfaction. You will also help promote continued customer interest in the company’s products or services.
