A Dynamics NAV & Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer is required.
This position would ideally suit someone who has comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central. The candidate will have experience of working on a variety Dynamics NAV and Business Central development projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Experience of working in a project team, keeping to deadlines where required
Be required to analyse, define, write and document the development requirements as part of the project team
Resolve client issues relating to Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central in a cautious but confident manner to the client’s satisfaction
Documenting all pertinent information and escalate where appropriate
Identify opportunities for additional services that solve client problems
Understand client requirements and business challenges, documenting required components such as data, workflow, and dependencies
Define a scope of work, cost estimate and delivery schedule
Develop and support new and existing customisations
Provide ad-hoc user training where required
Liaise with clients and other interested parties regarding any delays to scheduled activity
Ensure all billable and non-billable hours are logged timely and accurately
Works with multiple tickets and/or projects at the same time
Experience working for a Microsoft Partner organisation *
Experience of working in a project team, analysing, defining, and documenting development and integration requirements including workflows, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs
Experience supporting clients and assisting our support desk involving queue management and prioritisation
Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional telephone manner
Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central
Understanding of C/AL and AL
Technical experience of Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL and RDLs
Document design using Microsoft Office
Insight Software Jet Reports
Licenses, Certificates and Registrations
Valid UK driver’s license should client site visits be required
Certification relating to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central *
Salary dependent on experience
Role based out of our Century City offices (currently working remotely)
40 hours per week (Monday – Friday 9:00am - 6.00pm - based on UK time zone)
20 days’ annual leave
