Job Description

•  integral member of the Consulting Business Unit focused on developing solutions that transform business processes using Data Management and Analytics capabilities as an enabler.

• scrutinize core (industry-specific) and non-core business processes (P2P, O2C, H2R, R2R and SD) information, using data analytics tools. The meaningful results they pull from the raw data will help clients to identify and recommend improvements to processes based on various facts and trends.

• performing final analysis to provide additional data screening.

• Passion for other areas in the field of Data Management and Analytics (e.g., IoT, Machine Learning), with a keenness for extensive research and sharing insights with the broader team that he/she works with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field.
• Masters in Computer Science with a Degree in Business Management

Experience

• Deep level understanding and experience of data management principles preferably having worked in Banking, Insurance or Telecommunications sectors for at least 5 years.

• Experience designing, executing and supporting Microsoft Azure Services, with understanding of Amazon Cloud Services and/or Google Cloud Platform cloud solutions a bonus.

• Solution design and implementation; conceptual designs and integration of systems,

• Business intelligence, data analysis and reporting solutions,

• Data engineering; data modelling, traditional ETL processes, big data, and other bespoke solutions,

•  Knowledge of back-end programming languages, specifically Python, R and SQL. Familiarity with Java or C++ is a bonus,

•  Use data-oriented approach to work with others in solving complex business problems around operational analysis and improvement.

• Advanced knowledge and skillsets with Data mining techniques and procedures.

• Understanding of Process Mining is a bonus,

• Project Management: ability to work across a range of cross-functional projects to manager and deliver Data Management and Analytics solutions to Clients
