    Job Purpose

    • A Merchandising Team Leader is responsible for effectively and efficiently merchandise products in a set standard to grow company brands and visibility as well as ensure that the merchandisers designated to the Merchandising Team Leader is fulfilling their KPI’s.

    Responsibilities

    • Be polite with customer and where needed, escalate to management to resolve issues. Feedback on customer complaints, queries and requests.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Daily driver debriefing occurs through the FSC to ensure that all PODs, pre-approved sales return orders (SROs), and Goods Received Note (GRN) slips are received and submittedto the Credit Note & POD Administrator.
    • Capture all Stock Return Orders (SROs) in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)Business Central (BC) system on the same day the physical stock is returned and promptly forward the documentation to the Credit Note Supervisor for approval and processing.
    • Ensure all Proof of Deliveries (PODs) for invoices are obtained daily and verify the signature and/or stamp to confirm their validity.
    • Assist the CN & POD Supervisor with the completion of the weekly and monthly POD exceptions report.
    • Ensure accurateand complete reporting is done on outstanding PODs.
    • POD Exceptions is the investigationand resolving of outstanding PODs, which must be manually scanned to email, and uploaded to BC (Business Central).
    • Effective use of the ticketing system to resolve all queries and requests.
    • Investigate and resolve all queries and requestsregarding credit notes and PODs from either internal or external sources.
    • Exceptions to be escalated to your CN & POD Superior,and the ticket placed on hold until resolved.
    • Assist the Credit Note and POD Supervisor whenrequired.
    • Ensure the month-end debrief includes POD validations, and that credits are captured. Complete these before the inventory period is closed off on the same day.
