Dialer Administrator :KZN

Duties:

Operational / System Requirements

• Implement and manage daily dialer campaigns to ensure business calling strategies are as per strategy spec provided by the business client.
• Manage dialer settings
• Completing system audits and analyses on Dialer features
• Improves efficiency of system,

Monitoring

• Real time monitoring and providing feedback / recommendations on dialer/campaign changes to support contact rates
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance
• analyze efficiency or gap reports to recommend process changes/updates.
• Identifying and resolving problems experienced by the business clients

Technical and Testing

• Coordinates testing efforts before they reach production
• Ensures issues are identified.
• Works close with business client’s
• Communicates needed changes to respective business IT team.
• Coordinates with IT and vendors

Qualifications:

• IT Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification
• System knowledge Microsoft SQL 2008 and above
• Proficient at MS Office (Excel - advanced)
