DC Operations Trainer at Measured Ability Group of Companies

Requirements include:

• 3-6 years of experience training/developing other trainers.
• Warehousing and FMCG experience.
• Experience rolling our projects.
• Excellent staff management abilities.
• Being forthright, but respectful.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify areas that need the most improvement and report to supervisor for quality enhancement.
• Develop training material for new equipment and processes.
• Assist in rolling out the company training program.
• Conduct on-the-job training and employee orientation for company employees in the Operations department.
• Demonstrate, train and enforce Operational “Best Practices”.
• Leads operations training for new and current employees.
