    HR/IR Business Partner

    Purpose:

    The HR/IR Business Partner will report to the Chief Commercial Officer. The HR/IR Business Partner will be responsible for providing effective H.R./I.R. support nationally. Responsible for providing strategic advice, guidance, and leadership across the business on all areas of Human Resources such as staffing, recruiting, organisational development, performance management, training, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and engagement.

    Area Vehicle Manager

    Requirements:

    • 3-4 years of transport experience.
    • Level 4 equivalent to Matric.

    Responsibilities:

    • Report any new damage or defects to the Branch Manager and Workshop Manager immediately. You should establish what happened and who was responsible for the damage.

    • Create service and maintenance control schedules for all machinery, air cons, fire equipment, vehicles and lifting equipment. 
    • Assess building for upcoming repairs and maintenance. 
    • Ensure all staff is trained and knowledgeable of company policies and procedures. 
    • Plan and schedule training needs for employees, eg (Crane, forklift license, first aid, health and safety training. 
    • Ensure that employees are trained and certified to operate any machinery i.e. forklifts, cranes, etc.

    Minimum Qualification

    • Matric.
    • A good record of previous experience in Warehouse
    • Good level of literacy i.e. able to Read or write and convey the instructions to the teams as communicated by the Supervisor or Management
