DC/Quality Controller at Servest SA

Job Context    

The DC/QC is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents and to deliver a safe facility to the customers according to policies and procedures. Ensuring that clients are being serviced according to the set standards and procedures. Experience in Hygiene Service is essential.

Minimum Requirements    

• Matric/Grade 12
• Relevant Qualification
• At least 2-5 years experience in dealing with customers face to face
• Excellent Customer Care Relations
• Computer Literacy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of company products and service offerings 
• Strong administrative skills
• Valid driver’s licence

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Inspection of service teams and vehicles including washroom/deep clean equipment and stock
• Check and Issuing of PPE
• Attend to on site queries and ensure they are resolved accordingly
• Attend to admin duties such as QC Audits, checklists and contracts
• Scanning and emailing of QC checklists
• Ensure that all documents are up to date
• Meet and communicate with operations controllers on daily basis
• Planning for the week ahead and setting up appointment for sites
