Opportunity available for an experienced dealer principal to join the management team of a well-known and established automotive group and manage all aspects and ensure profitability.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a dealer principal in the motor industry managing new and used vehicle sales, aftersales, F&I offering and dealer staff.
• Nissan experience will be a distinct advantage
• Excellent management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sound understanding of sales, service and parts and upholding franchise standards.
• Knowledge of governance and compliance regulations and requirements.
• Relevant diploma/degree advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Stable track record
