Debtors Clerk
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Matric
- Experience 1 year
- Location Western Cape
- City Bellville , Cape Town
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Reporting directly to the debtor supervisor, you will have overall responsibility for the debtor's function of the group.

Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of a Matric qualification
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a Debitor's clerk or in a similar position
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing Debtor's mailbox
- New Customer activation
- Maintenance of Customer details
- Daily processing & filing
- Processing of Debit Memos ( Agency clients)
- The client has the correct banking details
- Regularly follow up on outstanding debtors
- Review of Debtors Aging
- Assist with the Interim and annual audit
- Provide assistance to the Accountants, Operations and Financial Manager
