    Project Coordinator

    Our company is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as MS Projects and Excel, have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.     Minimum Requirements    

    • A Diploma in Operations management/Project management/Industrial Engineering.

    Debtors Clerk

    Reporting directly to the debtor supervisor, you will have overall responsibility for the debtor's function of the group.    

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A minimum of a Matric qualification
    • A minimum of 1 year experience as a Debitor's clerk or in a similar position    

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Managing Debtor's mailbox    
    • New Customer activation

    Client Service Officer

    The successful incumbent will be people-oriented, have a passion for building relationships with existing and potential clients, and have the ability to interact with internal clients on the softer side of the business in a dynamic team environment.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A Matric certificate

    • Contacting clients and encouraging them to complete the Client Relationship Perception surveys and at the same time trying to foster a relationship with them where possible.
    • Allocation of exception tickets raised in the client relationship perception surveys.
    • Data management to ensure accurate information in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool.
    • Finalising closed tickets.
    • Scan the relevant tender portal/s for relevant tenders aligned with Pragma, its associated partners, and joint ventures.

    Inspector (Mechanical)

    The Inspector will work within a wide range of industries in the private and public sectors and cover various aspects of condition monitoring. You will be exposed to various condition monitoring technologies and techniques that forms part of a specialised team of individuals who are very driven in the unique line of work.     Experience

    Technical Advisor

    The position requires a person with experience in Sales to join the Martec condition monitoring division.
