• Being responsible for delivering innovative software solutions to financial services customers.
• Leading software engineering teams in delivering solutions. Leading client engagements, managing technical project delivery, and looking after the people in teams. Stretching your technical software & project management experience, and most importantly your people and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & solution delivery - project management, driving priorities, managing constraints, open & efficient communication channels, quality focus.
• Client engagement & relations - building out true long-standing relationships based on trust and quality service
• People management – providing feedback to line managers on people's work quality and performance
• Business development - always looking to improve service & expand the offering to new business areas - exploring new business and tech themes
• Technical lead and expert - growing and leading from an expert tech base - and tapping tech resources in their environment
• Business insight - utilize and grow subject matter knowledge of their client's business -providing better business solutions and consulting
• Experience designing and executing software development processes and procedures
• Experience in commercial issues related to software development projects

 Skills, Abilities, and Experience 

• Expert Project Management Experience in software implementations
• Expert Operations Management Experience in software implementations
• Previously experience managing software implementation project teams
• Previously experience managing software implementation operations teams
• Experience in resource planning, commercials, budgets, and profit/loss sheets
• Business Development and Client Relationship Building
• Technical best practice understanding of data, process, integration, UI/UX.
• Can understand the business value derived from software applications
• Good understanding of the software development process and lifecycle.

Support will be provided by line managers, business development managers, and directors.
