Job Description

As Department Manager at H&M, you are responsible for achieving the Sales & Profit goals in your Department by creating a plan to deliver a Great Customer Experience.
You ensure to Make a Difference for colleagues in your department by constantly focusing on succession planning, talent and leadership development and structured performance management, based on result, values and leadership
Job responsibility including but not limited to:
You regularly analyze and follow up your department’s Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximize results
Together with your Store Management team, you set the hours plan for your department in line with the sales budget
You plan and prioritise actions together with your team that have a clear impact on sales
You evaluate and manage the performance of team, including having dialogues, putting quality development plans in place, giving feedback and following up and taking actions to improve performance and develop your team
Qualifications
Min 3 years of senior retail management experience, including direct supervisory experience or comparable management role experience
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to be proactive to drive sales by creating selling opportunities
Ability to work strategically, tactically and operationally
Ability to establish effective routines for excellent communication with all members of the team to maximize productivity
Strong merchandising skills with the ability to drive the business through creativity and extensive retail knowledge
