Deputy Business Executive at Datacentrix

The incumbent is responsible to oversee key ARD Projects and manage key stakeholder relationships plus the management of the BU finances and processes or people and product issues in line with the BU strategic objectives. The incumbent will also be responsible for managing the BSC. 

Responsibilities and work outputs

• Provides input on strategy formulation and implementation for the organisation.
• Responsible for visualising the strategic direction of the BU in line with the corporate strategies.
• Motivating the BU in any area of challenges to achieve set goals.
• Daily decisions about challenges that impact on the BU’s performance against strategic objectives.
• Developing, interpreting and implementing complex systems (brought by changing / evolving environment) and frameworks within broad strategic guidelines.
• Provides input on strategy formulation and implementation for the organisation.
• Extensive professional or management acumen or evaluative judgement optimising business priorities, with the role carrying professional answerability.
• Management of several interacting projects with varying time frames and resource requirements.
• Facilitates change and the implementation of change interventions.
• Provides inspirational leadership.
• Responsible for effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Communicates clearly, openly and honestly in all instances

Experience and Qualifications

• Matric - Grade 12
• CA (SA)
• At least 5 years at management level
• Preferably 2 years at SM level.
