Deputy Director: Branch Coordinator [Tertiary, Specialized and Health Care Support Services]
Senior Certificate [Grade 12] plus NQF level 6 qualification in Office Management / Public Administration / Public Management or equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA.
A minimum of five [5] years' experience of which three [3] years should be at junior management/ASD level within Administration / Office Management.
Computer literacy including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Virtual meeting platforms literacy.
A valid driver's license except for people with disabilities
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Manage and Coordinate reports within the Office of Deputy Director- General
Coordinate the compilation and submission of branch compliance reports, budget and plans
Coordinate compliance reporting and other related activities in the branch, etc.
Ensure proper management of documents
Develop and maintain systems that will contribute towards improving efficiency in the office
Quality assure all submissions/memos prior to approval by the DDG
Establish, implement and maintain effective processes/procedures for information and documents flow to and from the office, etc.
Management of queries and correspondence within the Office
Provide support to the office with regard to meetings and engagements
