6 years’ experience in collective bargaining to which 3 years should be in collective bargaining at Assistant Director level. A valid driver’s license.
DUTIES :
Ensure that designated chambers conduct their affairs in line with their respective constitutions. Manage Provincial Collective Bargaining Chamber.
Implement and maintain employment policies, guidelines, collective agreements and procedures. Provide support in the management of sound employee relations in provincial departments
