A qualification at (NQF 6) as recognised by SAQA in Information and Communication Technology / Computer Science / Information Science. Cobit/ ITIL Fundamentals, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and CompTIA CySA+ are added advantage. Five (5) years functional experience in the ICT / IT environment.

DUTIES:
Establish and implement processes and procedures of ICT Strategy and technical policy matters. Manage and support telecommunications environment. Manage the national integrated voice network (VOIP) for both landline and cell phones. Design, Implement and manage shared data, Access Point Network (APN) and Mobile Networks. Manage cybersecurity operations within the Department. Manage all resources of the Sub-Directorate.
