An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Public Management, Disability Studies, Law, Social Sciences and Public Policy as recognized by SAQA; A minimum of 3 years’ experience at management (Assistant Director) level;
Knowledge of relevant Legal Frameworks, Constitution and interpretation of statutes; Knowledge and understanding of legislative framework governing the Public Service: Financial Management and regulatory framework guidelines, Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Treasury Regulations, Departmental Financial Instructions and Public Finance Management Act.

Coordinate and facilitate statutory reporting and compliance; Manage human, finance and other resources.
