Grade 12 Certificate. Degree / Advanced Diploma / B-Tech at NQF Level 7 as recognised by SAQA in Public Administration or field of Development studies. Postgraduate qualification would be an added advantage. A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience of which three (3) must be at Assistant Director level. A valid driver’s license.
DUTIES :
Coordinate Policy development processes in the department. Provide support in the development, analysis and review of policies and strategies. Provide support and research capacity to programmes. Coordinate development, implementation and report on departmental research agenda. Support programmes in conducting evaluation of programmes. Resource Management. Supervise personnel.
