Designer - Technical Rhino Outdoor and Offroad at Motus Holdings Limited

Overview:

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Designer to join our design team. The Technical Designer will work closely with our design, engineering, and production teams to create innovative and visually appealing products.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to translate creative concepts into detailed technical drawings and specifications. 
• This role ensures that products are functional, manufacturable, and aligned with quality and cost requirements, while maintaining design intent.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret design concepts and convert them into accurate technical drawings and specifications
• Prepare detailed CAD drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and company requirements
• Conduct design reviews and implement necessary revisions
• Support prototyping, testing, and product development processes
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to clarify technical details
• Maintain up-to-date records of drawings, revisions, and specifications
• Assist in resolving technical issues during production and manufacturing stages
• Ensure cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma/bachelor's degree in industrial design, engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical design or product development
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
