As a ServiceNow Developer for our client, you will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications to meet business requirements using the ServiceNow platform and related technologies.
You will collaborate closely with the development team, stakeholders, and customers to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop IT Service Management (ITSM) applications using the ServiceNow platform.
Create Customer Service Management (CSM) applications leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
Build IT Operations Management (ITOM) applications with the ServiceNow platform.
Develop Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) applications using ServiceNow.
Design and implement Sales & Order Management (SOM) applications within the ServiceNow framework.
Develop Field Service Management (FSM) applications using the ServiceNow platform.
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, reliability, and maintainability of software.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and address business requirements with IT solutions.
Stay updated on new ServiceNow modules, plugins, and platform updates.
Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Adopt and implement best practices in software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Provide technical support to end-users.
Offer guidance and assistance to other members of the development team.
Skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability to tackle complex IT system issues and develop effective solutions.
Hands-on experience in one or more modules: ITSM/CSM, SPM, ITOM, SOM, FSM.
Experience with ServiceNow Domain Separated Instances.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in XML, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
Independent and collaborative work capabilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software development practices.
